PN Member Azay Guliyev Elected to Post at OSCE Leading Bodies

PN Member Azay Guliyev MP from Azerbaijan was elected member of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Bureau and Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Political Affairs and Security (the first committee).

Guliyev, a Member of Parliament since 2005, currently serves on the Permanent Committee on State Building and Legislative Policy and is the author of his country’s law on civic participation.

He also authored the resolution entitled "Consolidating institutions of civil society in OSCE region" that was adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe at its 2013 annual session in Istanbul.
