PN Members from Afghanistan Joining IPU

PN Member Farkhunda Zahra Naderi MP from Afghanistan was elected chairperson of the Third Standing Committee on Democracy and Human Rights of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), Khaama Press reports.

At the same time, PN Member Shukria Barekzai joined the Standing Committee on Peace and International Security and PN Member Elay Ershad joined the Co-ordinating Committee of Women Parliamentarians.
