PN Member Sherry Rehman Shares Her Views on India-Pakistan Relations

PN Member Sherry Rehman, former Member of Parliament and Ambassador, featured on a recent interview on the program ‘To the Point’ for the official television channel of the Indian Parliament's Upper House, Rajya Sabha. During the interview, Rehman shared her views on current relations between India and Pakistan.

She aimed at a better understanding between the countries at the same time she approached sensitive issues such as the ongoing territorial dispute over the Kashmir area and the persistent water clashes, especially regarding water usages and damn building. The former member of parliament also addressed questions on regional stability and on relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan. Ms. Rehman put a final note on the importance of promoting economic relations between countries as a way to reduce conflict.
