The Kangaroo Group is inviting to the next lunch Debate of the Working Group Space, Security and Defence taking place on Tuesday 21 January 2014 at 13:00 in the European Parliament..
Maciej POPOWSKI, Deputy Secretary-General, EEAS and Ioan Mircea PASCU MEP, Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, will talk about "The Results of the Defence Summit", that took place in Brussels last December and identified priority actions for stronger cooperation. It was the first thematic debate on defence held by European Council since the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.
The meeting will be chaired by PN member Michael GAHLER MEP, President of the Kangaroo Group.
